Your month-end pack, refreshed in one click.
We automate the reports, dashboards and PowerPoint packs your team builds by hand. It all runs in the Excel and PowerPoint you already use, so there's nothing new to buy, install or learn. One fixed price, agreed before we start.
The same approach behind a reporting overhaul for a £29bn business.
Before Reportico, our founder ran reporting for one of the UK's largest financial institutions. He then led a full reporting overhaul for the group's largest corporate client, a global business with revenues over £29bn.
Slide packs of 30+ pages and KPI dashboards went from hours of daily and weekly work to seconds. The approach became the benchmark rolled out across the group's wider corporate portfolio. Reportico brings that rigour to UK SMEs, at a fixed price.
The cost of leaving it
Manual reporting costs more than the hours.
Your analyst built something that works. We make it run itself, so they spend month-end reading the numbers instead of assembling them.
What it costs you now
£8,069
a year in staff time, on one report
And that's before the two costs that don't show up on a timesheet.
One figure
that nobody can trace
A number typed over a formula, or a link to last month's file. The pack still looks right, so it goes to the board wrong.
One person
who knows how it works
When they're on holiday, off sick or handing in their notice, month-end waits for them.
Three services, built around how you already report.
Your exports, folders, SharePoint or SQL pulled into one report that refreshes in one click.
An interactive dashboard built around your KPIs, in your brand, refreshed in seconds.
Your board or client pack filled from Excel in one click, in your own branded template.
Common questions
Microsoft 365 Excel on a Windows desktop. No add-ins, plug-ins or BI licences. Our builds use macros, so your IT settings need to allow macro-enabled files. We check this with you on the review call. It won't run on Excel for Mac, Excel on the web or one-off versions such as Excel 2019.
You upload it to a private folder we set up for your project in our business OneDrive. Only your team and ours can access it, so nothing goes by email. We tell you exactly which files we need, so you never share more than the job requires.
That's what it's built for. Drop the new files where they normally go and press refresh. If a source folder moves, you update one cell.
Yes. Defects in the build are fixed free for 3 months after you sign off. New features or changes to scope are quoted before any work starts.
Anyone on your team can run it. You get written steps covering how to refresh, where each number comes from and what to do if a source file moves. Every build shows when it was last refreshed and warns you if a source didn't load.
Most builds take a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on how many sources and outputs are involved. You get a timeline with your quote.
Your files go into a private OneDrive folder for your project, stored in the UK. Only your team and ours can open it. Our accounts need multi-factor sign-in, our laptops are encrypted, and your data is never put into AI tools. Microsoft is the only third party involved. Every engagement includes a UK GDPR data processing agreement, and we delete or return your data within 30 days of the 3-month fix period ending, or when any support agreement ends.
Yes. Dashboards use your logo, colours and fonts. PowerPoint packs are built into your existing template, and the slides stay fully editable.
Yes. We take your team through it in a live walkthrough, step by step, until they can run it on their own. Everything is locked except the settings they need, so nothing breaks by accident.
